Rogan is an Associate in our litigation team with a growing practice focused on commercial litigation, building and construction disputes, strata disputes, and estates litigation. He brings a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to each matter, ensuring that any strategy is informed not only by the law but also by the social, economic and financial landscape in which our clients operate.

He has experience appearing before the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the District and Local Courts of New South Wales, and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). Whether acting for businesses, strata corporations, or individuals, Rogan is known for his clear communication, strategic thinking, advocacy and commitment to delivering results that make practical and commercial sense for our clients.

Rogan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Wollongong.
